I'm certain that the structure and outer sheet metal would be the same. The only considerations would be whether it were a single operation or a dual action tailgate as well as the holes drilled for trim would likely be different. Also if it were a manual window versus power. I know the power version has a small key lock style hole, whereas the manual may have a different opening. I think you would at a minimum have to weld and relocate any trimming associated with the Buick. Some of these wagons had a wide stainless trim strip across the top edge. Some (Chevelles) were equipped with a very narrow trim on top. Picture of the Buick gate??

I know for a fact that the rear/side glass and clamshells from Pontiac, Chev, Olds and Buick full size interchange. I can't see why the Pontiac, Buick and Olds side glass and tail gates wouldn't be similar. Likely the same parts as the flat top wagons too.
The Buick Skylark Sport Wagon shares exactly the same (vista) roof glass as the Olds Vista Cruiser.
