Does this site run slow for anyone else ?

Just wondering if it's just me or what but every time I get on this site my computer slows down to a crawl. I don't have this problem on any other site. What could be causing it ?

Dennis, I'm not having any trouble, but some folks do from time to time.

Usually someone suggests to clear your cookies related to this site...then try again.

I have a problem on one computer and not so much on another. I wish I knew the answer.

I often have trouble with it. I normally use Chrome as my browser, and there are times when the threads just won't open up at all using Chrome. If I switch over to IE (like I just had to do to read this thread and write this post) then there is no problem. Other times it works fine on Chrome. I have not been able to figure out why.

I used to complain on certain sites when I used IE. Since changing to Firefox I don't have those issues anymore.

How do I change to Firefox? I always have the message "Internet Explorer has stopped working" several times a day when I am online, and it happens on this site alot (I'm here the most also).

Do a Google search for Firefox. Then download and install it. It should put a shortcut on your desktop when it installs. Then instead of clicking on your IE icon, just click on your Firefox icon.

As leery as I was about firefox, I did install it a while back and I love it! Screw IE - it would not even open this site all of a sudden.
And firefox is not firefox without Adblock plus!!! Get them both for free with no registering and never look back!
