hello everybody, i need some help, recently i bought a 83 Cadillac with a olds 350 in it i am wanting to put in a elec fuel pump to tune the car better with the carb it has in it. My question is do i need to remove the fuel pump eccentric??

 

I don't see any reason you would need to remove it. Just pull the mechanical pump and install a block off plate.
