I don't know how others do it, but I generally hit the "new posts" button at the top of the page. This shows me all the new posts since my last visit.

If I want to go to a specific area like parts wanted you can hit the "forums" button at the top left of the page and select the area of interest.

 

That's pretty much how I do it. You can search through the forums and there's a wealth of information under the tech tools pull down. Just experiment.

 

Just like anything,exploration and practice,the more of both you do,the better you'll get.
