Difference between outer and inner tie rods

I have new Moog tie rods that I recently painted. I kept the outer paired together, and the inner paired together; however, when I hung them in the garage, I forgot which pair I hung where. So, how can you tell the difference? The only difference that I can tell is that one pair has two or three more threads. HELP :,

The outers have the grease zerk in the center of the joint and the inners have the grease zerk on the side or end of the joint. If they are reversed you will not be able to grease them properly.

The zerks are in the centre on both sets. The correct answer is the threads for Moogs. Inners have reverse threads. Found an old post from 2010, and was checking this solution down in the garage, while you guys were answering. Thanks for the help
