Did all the 1973-1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme's come with a vinyl top??

The better question is "how many DIDN'T come with vinyl roof?"

Vinyl roof cover was about common as dirt in the 70s. Some cars, very few, were ordered without it.

A factory vinyl roof car will have embossed textured A-post trim and backlight reveal mouldings, unless someone went to a great deal of trouble to find the right non-textured parts.

Also look for CO8 or CO9 on the body data plate. If it's there, the car came with vinyl roof cover.

 

There were possibly even more half vinyl landau roofs, so the A pillar part does not apply. But, yes there were CS built without any vinyl, they got a chrome rear window trim as stated. I had a black/black '73, what a sweet car!

 

My Dad had A 73 Cutlass Supreme with A Landau top which was very rare for 73.
