Delta 88 -1968 How to change dash lamps

I need to change a lot of broken dash lamps, almost the only one working is for the clock (and the clock does not work. )
Is there an easy way to this or do i need to dismount the complete dash?

You can pull the gauge pods out the front without taking the dash out, If those are the ones you need to replace. I have a parts car with the dash mostly disassembled. If it would help I could get some photos for you. John

Of course, if you are already under the dash to pull the dash pods, you can see the bulb holders to change the bulbs.

Well, I wasn't thinking about the two mounting studs until Joe made his post. Yes, you would have to crawl under the dash to remove the nuts from the two studs to pull the pod out the front. If you're under the dash already you might as well just change out the bulbs leaving everything intact! The bulbs have a quarter turn that holds them in the pod. There's a bunch of bulbs in these pods and the chance of them all being blown seems slim to me. It might be a problem with the circuit board they are installed in. Or a ground that's not working and preventing power from getting to the bulbs. But here's a couple photos of the back of a pod so you can know what to expect. John

Thank John n Joe for your explanations and pictures, most appreciated.
Yes, it sure makes sense that something more can be going on that just broken bulbs, i will try to reach in there and pull one out and test it.
