DataTagDecoder.Com is Back!

After an unfortunate incident from my now ex-webhost I have rebuilt and redesigned DataTagDecoder.Com. For those folks who are into 1964-1972 Oldsmobile's (and all other GM vehicles) and want to know how to decode the cowl tag under the hood or research an RPO code, try out https://datatagdecoder.com/ and leave some feedback. Code corrections and additions are being done as they come in to ensure that everything is as accurate as possible. There are also some interesting stories and commentary regarding Cowl Tags and a poll to give your opinion about replacing or altering them.

As before, if you find any codes that are incorrect feel free to reach out on the contact form on the site. All that is required is solid documentation to be submitted along with your feedback.

I hope that you find it useful. Thanks much!

Checked it out. My test worked fine. Will play around when a new plate shows up. Glad to have DataDecoder.Com back.

Fantastic! Thanks very much. A lot of work goes into the back-end to make this decoder.

Hi All,

Tons of more codes uploaded last week. We are up to 227,000+ rows in the database and are still growing.
Now I have an ask;
Does anyone have a good list of non Fremont Oldsmobile Accessory codes? I am pretty sure I don't have them all and I've look about everywhere I can think of to find them. I'll take any list from 64-67 and if you have some non-Olds ones, I'll take those too. Send me a message using the feedback form on DataTagDecoder.Com and we can discuss. If you would like to check the Accessory codes I have in there now to check my work.

Thanks!
