Data Plate Help

Hello, first post and I'm looking for help on a body by Fisher data plate on a 69 Cutlass. A friend of mine has asked me to try and sell it for her as she hasn't driven it in 5 years and I am trying to get a little more information on it first. I have looked on a few different websites, but have received a few mixed results. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any estimate on price would be appreciated as well. It is in generally good condition. Could use new covertable top and carpet. Has 455 motor with TH350 transmission.

Data Plate

Stored in storage unit for 5 years under car cover

ST69 = 1969 model year
33667 = Oldsmobile Division (3) Cutlass S V8 (36) convertible (67)
BF = Fremont, CA assembly plant
00031 BDY = Fisher Body sequential build number (not the VIN)
TR 937 = Parchment bucket seat interior
51 A PNT = Trophy Blue Poly (51) lower body color with White (A) convertible top
09B = built second week (B) of Sept (09), 1968
014559 150720 = these are numbers unique to the Fremont plant and tie to numbers on the build sheet.

As you can tell, this car has had both the paint and interior completely changed. It's also missing the stainless trim that runs along the tops of the fenders and doors. The 455 isn't original, either, since the largest engine offered in a 69 Cutlass S was the 350. Good luck.
