Cutlass Vin Decode
When i first entered my vin on the olds vin decode site it did not tell me what city my car was assembled in. Now when i check it tells me Fremont, California and the car is in B.C and from what i heard has been here for its whole life purchased by a woman in Canada.

Better than what? A Cutlass built in another assembly plant? I don't think so. I think you'd certainly get an argument from someone whose Cutlass was built elsewhere.
It makes sense that the car would have been built in California if it was sold in western Canada as I'm guessing the Fremont plant was the closest. But cars built in any plant can end up anywhere. One thing the car might have is its original build sheet as Lansing-built cars tended not to have them because it was that plant's policy to not leave the sheets in the cars. But other plants apparently didn't have this policy.
