This picture is off a 1968 442 front bumper bracket, The bolt has a spacer on it, do 1969 cars also have this spacer?

I just looked under both my '68 and '69 4-4-2 front bumpers and I don't see a bolt like that on either one.

I seem to recall bolts with built in spacers on my 69.

 

I'm with Matt. It's been years since I restored all of that on my '69 442 but that bolt with the large diameter center section looks awful familiar. If I can, I'll have a look under the car over the next few days to confirm.
