Coolant Reservoir/Overflow tank Volume??
How big of reservoir tank do our cars need? My 70 Cutlass S obviously did not come with one but am looking to install one. However the NOS setups are kind of spendy. So, I am looking at installing one that are used on a hot rod/rat rod type of car.
Is 1/2 liter to small of tank? Maybe a liter?
Anyone know off the top of their head?

Usually you see at the very least the one litre Coke bottle duct taped to the inner fender for that.
I got mine in the auto dept. clearance section at THE Wal-Mart for 2 bucks, I got two.
The one in the box says 2-1/2 quart or 2.37 litres capacity.
