Console Vacuum Gauge '69 442 4 speed

Was a console vacuum gauge an option on a '69 442 4 speed...If so I think it would mount where the Oldsmobile emblem is?

I don't think it was. I think the last time it was an option was 65, and I think the consoles didn't change much till 68, so it would bolt up. That being said, if you got one, a flat surface is a flat surface, so you could put it there.

Actually the 64 and 65’s had the tach. and the 66’s had the vacuum gauge. Four speed consoles from 64 thru 69 were the same.

^^^THIS. The top plate casting is the same for all years. The rocket emblem simply bolts in place over the holes that were used for the tach and vacuum gauge in the early years. Some folks have retrofitted the vac gauge, but it was not factory in 1969.
