Hey guys, i am mounting console and bucket seat brackets. I got a set of console brackets off of the net a while ago and i also got measurements off a friends car as to where they go. My question is.... is the rear of the console supposed to sit up a couple of inches? Do you just cover the bracket with the carpet? Here is a pic of what i am talking about.
