That's Phillip's Oldsmobile race car hauler in then Norfolk VA! That car was driven by Ray Hauser on of their mechanics. I've known Ray for 30 years. I bought that 67 W30 from Ray in 1996! Had it at the 100th Oldsmobile Anniversary
Certainly a CO Ford. Not sure model or year (C600, C700, C800). International did not feature split 2-pane front windshield - Ford did.
The door styling is definitely Ford. No International had that door design.

Several areas which stand out in comparison: (1) Cab Step External on IH, Internal on Ford (2) Forced Air Ventilation on Ford, Louvered on IH (3) Beveled Door {To meet forced-air ventilation) on Ford, Straight Panel Door on IH. My father was a Dispatch Supervisor for AT&T beginning in 1946 (directly after WWII) until he retired (1980). The AT&T Chicago Dispatch yards used IH almost exclusively. I'm not certain it's completely fair for me to compare the trucks since I'm not sure of the year or the exact series, and styles did change somewhat through the years (e.g. external vs. internal door hinges), but during my formative years I used to try to guess what trucks they were. I always felt the IH trucks were more like yard tractors w/ a sweeping rearward appearance while the Ford trucks had a boxy profile. I do believe though nearly all the IH trucks had external cab (cutaway) step-ups while Ford did not.
