Tearing down the carb today and taking it to a coworkers shop to soak it. There was this sticker on the driver side rear of the carb (sorry about the bad pic). It looks like maybe it's the Rochester symbol with the number 250 under it. Actually now that I look at it again it looks like 2 swans or two exagerated "S"'s, (SS) the top of the S on the left connecting with the bottom of the S on the right. Could be "RP"? Can't find anything like it on the net to replace it. Is there such a reproduction? Or am I gonna have to make one myself? I want to keep it as close to factory as I can. Oh, and the other picture is from the shrimp boil yesterday. Would have liked it to have been crawfish, but had to settle for shrimp.

 

Don't know about the carb sticker, but could you fax me some shrimp. They look yummy

 

It was Dad's birthday. We all ate, and he headed right for the couch and me to the love seat and we slept like babes!
