"Canyon Copper" Delta 88

On the hunt again tomorrow to view a '75 delta convertible that was described to me as " golden brown". It's owned by an older gentleman and I asked him to check cowl tag for paint code. Cam back with " C3"....I'm just assuming it's 63, the "Canyon Copper" code. It's pretty rare, from my knowledge. Anyone know the color and thoughts ?

PS. Car pictured ( not car in question) was advertised as " Copper Canyon" (63) but looks like " Persimmon" (64) color to me.

Hard to tell due to computer monitor limitations, but I'm gonna go with Canyon Copper. IIRC Persimmon had a lot more "orangey" tone even though the color itself is darker than the CC.

Reminds me- we've had a good frost last night (29 deg) so I need to check the 'simmon tree. Maybe there'll be enough fruit to make a persimmon pudding for Thanksgiving.
