O know there are plenty of us here so lets organize and we can share stories, experiences, as well as let everyone know about local events. Maye even plan one of our own.

Awesome. There are enough canucks here that we should be able to get something going. I know there are plenty in the Toronto area. No reason why we can't get a get together or cruise going.

If you want to join, just click the link above, then there will be a button to "Join Group". That's all there is to join. It will now appear on your Info page in Facebook as a group you belong to. You can then use that link to go check it out at any time.

Does that help?

Yup, got it. Thanx much. Took me a bit of looking through these bi=focals to find it at the top. I was originally looking at the tabs.

So now I'm a joined up member! Yee haw! Last one to the Rocket roundup this summer buys beer!! Can't wait to see some of your cars.

When you are on facebook check the applications at the bottom of the page and you will see groups, click on this and it will take you to all of the groups you have joined and show you the groups your friends have joined too.
The group setting is the two chess men looking people in blue and black.
I hope this helps you out.

Yes, it did Steve, thanks for your help. Your description was very insightful.
While I was checking out the groups I also joined the petition to pass legislation supporting more severe penalties for creeps who attack bus drivers. I work in the industry. 30 years ago I was a driver. I've since worked my way up to being a Rail Instructor / Examiner and keep pretty busy managing my section, employees and curriculums. My heart goes out to the front line staff who deal with some of today's creeps all the time. We need another island the size of Australia inhabited by deadly snakes and diseases to send our riff raff to. (not everyone, just the habitual recidivists who prey off decent folks). It would be a survival of the fittest and no chance for parole. Oh did I mention? Shark, moray eel and sea snake infested waters and vicious tides with lots of coral to rip a body apart?. No shelter and minimal food - Let them figure out which one to kill and eat first. Oh, it could also be used as a munitions test island for high level bombing or rocket practice etc...I'm sick of the pathetic approach the legal system uses to protect criminal rights better than citizen rights. I better stop, I'm starting to get wound up and I might fall off the pulpit in a fit of emotional tirade. Cheers!

OK the site is ready to rock!!!! Its still going to need some tweaking but its mostly there. Please feel free to make any recommendations regarding information that should or shouldn't be there. There is also a forum for Canadian content.

Ummm, Craig
Its not rockin. Can't get in without membership and the membership page cannot be found.

IMO, I think you should have the forum seperated from club membership. There's not any chance I will join if the membership fees are for club activities that are going to be in Ontario when I live in Alberta. I need to see some benefit of membership coming my way......Still, I would like to be able to "talk" with other Canadian members through the discussion forums. In the spirit of community, could you make this a possibility?

The main website was just a template I have used from other club forums I setup. I may even get rid of the membership pages. Just click on the COJ Forum tab on the top righ and it will take you to the forum. There you can register for the forum. Its free for all.

Here is a direct link to the forum if it will make it easier for you.
