First off happy holidays to all !!
I came across this while finding a little down time during the holiday bustle. First let me warn you turn down the volume the music is awful !! I probably should of posted under vintage Oldsmobile but I'm kind of testing general Oldsmobile knowledge so I posted here.
The video is titled 1956 Oldsmobile build and I'm not sure who made the mod the person who made the video or a previous owner, anyway to me the mod was glaring !! but I have to admit I like it !! now I could be wrong and perhaps it's not a mod at all but I'm positive it is, do you know which mod I'm talking about ? If I were in to custom builds its one I would consider even on non Olds.

The 1957 3 piece rear window is cool. Assume they may have used the entire roof from a 57 when completing the chop.

Yes the 3 piece rear window !!
My 56 Olds kind of fell in my lap and I'm grateful however if I would have been looking for a Olds it would have been a 57 for two reasons, #1 my grandfather owned one and I admired it greatly, #2 I absolutely loved that 3 piece rear window !! I think it looks great on that 56 also
even if it's not original to the car !!!
