Can anyone ID this torque converter cover?

Can anyone ID this torque converter cover?

This came in the trunk of my 65. I’ve never seen one like this and I thought 65s were metal. Don’t think they switch to plastic until 71 but this doesn’t look like 71 style. TIA brandon

Starter pocket is on the correct side for Pontiac/Olds.

Double bolt holes on bottom right--is that for universal fit on TH350 and TH400?

Perhaps "service replacement"?
