buying from auto classics

hi has anyone bought any glass from auto city classics? i have been looking for windshield for my 59 olds 98 and they priced theirs at $299 while the other lowest price i found was at $447. these both are with $160 for shipping. this sounds low but if it is a good place to buy then i will like the savings on it. let me know. they are located in minnesota.

I have used their glass in two cars. My 66 post and a 68 convertible. I didn't have any problems with the 66 glass but the we had problems with the 68 quarter glass. The finally got me some quarter glass that worked. All glass made has to meet DOT standards, how closely is another matter. PPG makes glass for the older cars but is more pricey,Auto City Classics is the cheapest. I would use Auto City glass again because of the price and the customer service wasn't bad. I think my 66 glass was made in Thailand and I think the PPG is USA made. I haven't priced PPG but a buddy did for his 66 post car and it was almost double.

Just visited their site. Thanks for the tip on them. Their prices are pretty reasonable, and they are the first ones I've seen that have the vent window for the 68 Cutlass and post coupes
