The only two I've found were both on top of the gas tank. One was a Fremont car and one was a Framingham car. You won't find one in a Lansing car.

It is rare but they can be found in a Lansing car. Here is one from a Rallye 350. This is what they looked like in 1970 in Lansing.

Are you looking for the broadcast card or build sheet? The broadcast cars I generally find under the back seat but have also found them in the back of a bucket seat. The Lansing "build sheets" I found were under the front carpet and one under the back seal laying loose.
I found a build sheet for a California built car under the package tray in the back window.

Not possible to order one. There are no records for them. If your car is from Canada then you can get some documents from them but not sure how that works.
