bucket list

I checked another off my bucket list last night. My wife and I are on vacation in West Texas and saw the Marfa lights. These have been seen and written about since the late 1800's and no one can explain how or why they occur. Just appear on the horizon and glow off and on with no pattern. Sometimes they are very bright, sometimes dim. Greenish to red and different heights in the sky. Very strange.

Also saw a beautiful 71 Cutlass convertible, red with white top, heading West out of Marfa. Anyone here own it?

Ed, did you and your wife travel to E. Texas with the intention of seeing the lights, or were you touring other attractions in the area and just happened to see them? It seems like it would be a cool experience. I have never witnessed anything like that specifically, except for maybe the Aurora Borealis.

Hi Ed. Did you get any pictures of the lights? I saw the northern lights once on the Mississippi in WI and it was very cool.

Tried to take pics but they are too far away and it was too dark.
