Hey guys, I am hoping someone can help me with this. From what I understand so far Chevelle power trunk locks will work but will require trimming. Don't want to do that. What about a latch from a LaMans? would this be a direct fit? Year is 71 - 72.

 

I was thinking some similar or earlier Caddy models had the same solenoid...
