Blower mot

69 VC, Heater/AC blower motor has stopped working, I can hear a click when changing the switch, is there a relay switch in the circuitry, I don’t believe it’s the motor itself. Any help would be appreciated

First, put 12v directly to the terminal on the blower & see if blower is indeed ok.

Thanks, I had removed this relay to gain access to remove my brake booster, he issue started after that, did not know this was the relay. Now I have a beginning point.

Aside from the 1969 Oldsmobile Chassis Service Manual (CSM) the 2nd/next/most useful manual is the Product Information Manual (PIM) aka the Factory Assembly Manual (FAM). The PIM is a compendium of assembly line sheets complete w/ line drawings/diagrams & often part numbers illustrating how the vehicle was assembled at the factory. It has a wealth of information.

If interested, reach out to Hairy Olds to see if he has a 1969 PIM. Hairy has the best copies.

1969 A-Body PIM (aka assembly manual)
