If you are not using the black and they are factory painted, you could sell to a 72 H/O guy.

 

The frames surrounding the tail light lenses look excellent painted black.

 

Lol...thanks but I didn't paint them. I bought them off ebay. Apparently the black framed lenses were Hurst/Olds specific.

 

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply you painted them, I commented "The frames surrounding the tail light lenses look excellent painted black" as opposed to being painted gray w/ your black bumper.

Are you going to install an "O l d s m o b i l e" script on your (trunk) compartment lid?

 

Dave - I guess I did imply you painted the frames....sorry about that. I was looking at the frames of the image another member posted at the time thinking they were yours. In any case, glad you went black. Excellent.

 

Thanks for the comment Norm, but I decided it was too much black, so I went back with the silver..

 

I would use the black ones and tint the lens.

Paint the tail light lens frames purple & apply a vintage BLUE DOT to the center lens on each side...
