bf goodrich silvertown spare tire help

Hey guys I have a super clean spare tire I believe is too a 67 or 68 442/cutlass. Trying to figure out which. Its wrapped in a bf goodrich silvertown 660 tire. I took some pictures of the numbers on the tire with hopes maybe someone on here can decode what year and what car as well. My father removed it from a olds 30 plus years ago. Thsnks Thanks for the help!

What size is the tire? Are there any stampings next to the valve stem?

K3/9 6 -o- 13 HF

K = Kelsey Hayes
3 = plant #3
9 = 1969
6 = June
-o- = valve stem hole
13 = 13th of month (Friday 6/13/69)
HF = application code

7.75-14 was the STANDARD size on many non-performance '69 GM a-bodies (Cutlass, Chevelle, etc.), the "HF" would point to an original usage.

I haven't seen any pre-'71 date/decode info for BFG, that DOT code is pre-'71.
