I may have missed this before but, since Haggerty's is involved, does that mean the guy that hit you wasn't insured?

Cool...Probably made your transition to repair / completion a lot less stressful that way.

Like I said before,, How do you not see a big bright red car?? She is fixable! This too will pass, she will be a beauty again.

From the John V. school of defensive driving. Always watch out for the other guy!

Looking real good!!!

USAA, which I use, for daily drivers, thinks they are the best, but they are merely decent.

They can't ever get their quotes / offerings right for me. I finally gave up on them.

WOW! After reading this I think I need to increase my stated value. My stated value on my Cutlass ( of course not as valuable as your W30) is $20,000. Would a accident like that total out my Cutlass??

Not going to be to far from you this weekend. Heading for Goliad Friday. Was going to add a trek into San Antonio but, looks like both The Queen and I will have to be back in DFW for business Monday.

Don't let all of that new work bother you. Drive it like you stole it.

Enjoy.

Stated value is not the way to go, you need "agreed" value. Research it.

Well, right or wrong. If I have a stated insurance valuation of $ "X" and they rate and charge me, based on that valuation...it seems to me that would be an agreed valuation.

But, to your point, all things regarding insurances should be heavily vetted.

That didn't take much of a search in Googleville...Great article explaining what Toocool is saying,
