Bench seat convertible and 4 door?

I have a newbie question? Will a bench seat from a 68’ 4 door work on a 68’ convertible?

The bench seat from a 4 door does not tilt forward. Therefore you would have no access to the rear seat.

The best thing about a convertible is being able to gain access to the back seat when the top is down.
