Base plate gasket for a 73 quadrajet

I checked out my car for vacuum leaks with a cold motor and carb cleaner. I found a minor leak at the base of the carburator where there was a slight drop in idle rpm. I say minor compared to a leak I found on the emissions plate plugging the intake where the engine stalled doing the same test. I bought a Felpro replacement gasket and compared it to the original Quadrajet which has been replaced with the same model number. I noticed the gasket cutouts for the idle circuit are toe-in and not located below the idle circuit. It appears the idle mixture can still make its way to the intake via the side wall notches in the bottom of the circuit chamber, but I don't want to pull my carburator and find out the replacement gasket won't work. See pictures for numbers.

It should work fine.
Fel Pro, Mahle, and Victor Reinz are all the same as what you have:

X2. Those ports lie above the gasket due to being "notched" into the baseplate.
