Bad Vendor - Shockwarehouse.com
Avoid these a-holes like the plague:

They advertise parts that they don't have, take your money, and then cease all communications.
Stay far, far away.
Ordered a set of Koni shocks, paid by PayPal.
2 weeks go by without any contact.
Sent them multiple e-mails with no response.
Spent at least 20 minutes on hold twice without getting the order resolved.
Filed a claim with PayPal and finally got a refund.
That is a sucky interaction.

Without having some detailed information relative to the transaction, it's difficult to pass judgement... Being that they sell new brand name parts and have been in business since 1980, it seems odd they can't obtain what you ordered and avoid bad publicity...
