Thumbs down Auto Instruments - AVOID!

I am posting this message to alert people about the poor customer service at Auto Instruments in Virginia.

http://www.autoinstruments.com/

They advertise a plastic chrome service, and I sent them parts in early April. My credit card was charged, and I was told a 5 to 6 week turn time.
E-mails in regard to status were not responded to, and phone calls are no better, as the people who answer the phones do not the status.
Then, I was transferred to the shop manager who tells me every week that the parts will be shipped, and they have not....3 times so far.

Do not waste your time or money with these people unless you want to be frustrated and pissed off.

They SUCK.

Paul, thanks for the heads-up!

What part did you send them to be vacuum plated, as there are not very many places that do this any more?

Your experience is very different from mine, but I live only 30 miles from them.
