Anyone seen just a pointer and no timing scale on an Olds V8?
I thought the timing indicator was just missing off my 260 but there is a metal pointer there, looks factory. Set up for a dial back timing light?
olds 307 and 403 is online now

Is that originally a CCC system? I read that for those you disconnect the ALDL(?) wire and set the timing to a fixed value. In that case you would not need a scale.
