Steering column filler seal. I’ve never been able to get one on without tearing it. I’ve gotten to the point I just cut it with scissors. Trying to stretch it over the back drive rod arm and it tears it every time. The hole for the column is just to small anyway. I bet I bet it can probably be done if column is apart but who can remember that. What’s your experience or tips?
