Anybody recognize these?

Anybody recognize these?

I got these in a box full of parts I purchased. Most of the parts were Oldsmobile with some Buick and Pontiac items but I don't see any GM markings on these. One cylinder is stamped Delta, the other is stamped Hi Ram. I'm guessing these might be power seat back releases? The wiring look like the style used in the 1970's.

Automatic seat belt tensioners mid to late 80's???

They are power seat back release mechanisms for a bench seat. The set pictured below are out of a 74 Cadillac (photo from google).
