Another suspension question

I found the tech section on converting the 64 Olds 98 to disk ,however i would like to find all part numbers for single piston calipers, rotors, hoses, dust shield, spindles, and pads. I am going to buy everything brand new. Reason one, I will switch to dot 5 fluid because I'm going to replace the entire brake system. I want to make sure I don't end up with any silicone seal problems as explained in the page by using dot 5 fluid. I have seen what happens when dot 3 and 5 mix since I'm an auto mechanic. I am going to full disk brakes and stainless lines, but not braided hoses.
Is there a combination valve that will work with out adding an adjustable proportioning valve. I would like it to appear stock if possible. Will a 4 wheel disk brake corvette combination valve work since I'm going to all disk setup.
