but back to your Q.what all did you change?I'm guessing you went to
r-134a.what did you change accumulator,evaporator,condenser,compressor,orific e tube.
if only a couple were changed then which ones and did you drain oil and flush each one individually?
was a good vaccum pulled before charging?need some more info to accurately help

You MUST install new hi and low pressure hoses, orifice tube, and receiver dryer. Troubleshooting why your AC doesn't blow cold will be a moot point if these aren't changed.

When I retrofitted the R12 AC on my 1990 Buick Estate Wagon I changed all of the components above, pulled a vacuum on the system to make sure everything was sealed and then I added the PAG oil. After I added the PAG oil I pulled a vacuum on the system again and then charged it. Once the system was charged it worked ok.

An R12 system with R134a isn't going to cool as well as originally. You need an oversized condensor and evaporator for better efficiency. It will work ok though.

Did you remove the brass cup from your expansion valve? It sits at the bottom of the valve and can be removed with an allen wrench.

POA valve or STV (depending on year) must be removed and recalibrated for 134 for proper pressure. Classic Auto Air has lots of good info on the conversion process.
