'92 cutlass convertible

Hi folks...I have a '92 Cutlass Convertible and the top is getting sluggish. I've been told I need to add hydraulic fluid to the reservoir, which is on the passenger side under the back seat. I pulled the back seat and see nothing. Can someone tell me if the info I was given is correct, and if so, what am I looking for??

I always wanted one of them, from the time I saw one at Big Sky ski resort in Montana. Even got a sales brochure. The Cutlass two-door of that year was the most-beautiful of the "W-bodies". Ended up with '92 and '93 Luminas, (not convertibles) with the wonderful 3.4L engines.

STRONGLY SUGGEST buying a "real" service manual. Often these manuals are available on eBay for chump change.
