79 cutlass steering lower bearing pia

Pain in a butt job
trying to replace the lower bearing on the steering

I guess this has been replaced before as it’s got a bearing installed
from the videos I have seen these came with a sleeve
I’m putting in a bearing on this

but having a hard time getting this old one off

going to apply heat tomorrow to the bearing and see if it slides off

It's a lot easier if you take the column out.

X2, pull the whole column, IMHO that's the ticket.
