If you don't mind giving up both arms and a leg, you could try Desert Valley Auto Parts (AZ) and/or CTC Auto Ranch (TX).

The Parts Place Inc sells replated one.

BP1348T
(1976 - 1977 Cutlass/442) REAR BUMPER REPLATED 3 PIECES (EXCHANGE - CORE CHARGE $250)
$699.00
$250.00 core charge

OUR RECHROMED BUMPERS HAVE A FINISH AS GOOD AS OR BETTER THAN GM ORIGINALLY PUT OUT. THIS IS IN NO MEANS SHOW QUALITY PLATING, BUT IS A NICE CHROME JOB FOR THE MONEY. THE BUMPERS ARE BLASTED, JIGGED, STRAIGHTENED AND THEN TRIPLE PLATED. CUSTOMER'S CORES MUST NOT HAVE ANY RUST HOLES, EXTRA HOLES OR TEARS IN THEM.

They are available if will and pocket meets. But thats some guide to use if asking used ones for pricing.

The Parts Place would be pretty far down on my list of vendors if I was looking for someone to re-chrome my existing bumper. There are a number of good platers around for the same money (or, less)...and, you're dealing directly with the plater and not a middle man (Parts Place). I assumed yours was rusted thru or damaged beyond reasonable repair.

Rusted thru on both ends I agree the parts place would have to be a last resort. Bought a few other overpriced items from the

Hello Chuck,
Try Western Automotive Sheet Metal & Quality rust free classic auto parts.
The owner- Brian Carlson is very good to do business with. 503-538-4621
If he doesn't have any in stock (which he usually does)he will find one for you.
He is in Newberg,OR 97132
Had a couple shipped up to Canada for my 76 cutlass supreme, packaged very good.
I would recommend giving Brian a call.
You could also put a parts wanted post on the new 73-77Oldsmobilefreeforums.net site, I'm sure Scott would welcome you to his new site as a member and allow for the post.
Hope this helps
Eric.
