73 Delta 88 Royale Convert 455
Buying a 73 Delta 88. runs and drives minor bodywork and complete car. 455 engine. Getting it for around 2000. I think this is a great find and a good project to undertake.
Any thoughts......Sorry no pics.
Will need new top, paint and front seat re done.
Also in regards to the 455 which is all stock. Any things i should be looking to add. have not done much research on the "C" heads but thats what i commonly see people trying to add to 455's in the later 70s

Hey Curt! Good score on the car. In 73 the Delta Royale standard engine was a 350 so it sounds like you got one of the 'good ones' j heads, right? You can have them rebuilt for better performance. Probably easier than trying to source out other heads. You have any good shops on the island or would you take them to Vancouver?
Let's see some pics of this brute and what kind of options it has. Do you still have the 70?

Hey Alan, I still have the 70. from what I saw when I briefly viewed the car is that it has power windows and locks, the 455 all stock. not sure if it has AC or not. all trim pieces and grill are intact (with spare)

Yeah, Same car but color is a burgendy sort of red color. White top, white interior. I remember seeing that one in Olds. Id like to go black with black top and keep the white inside.
