Are you referring to the motors and wiring? If so, yes.but on 4 doors the harness exits from the conduit slightly rearward of the front seat and routes to each center pillar. On 2 doors the harness continues in the conduit to the rear seat back panel and routes along the lower edge of that panel to each quarter. The relay and window switches are the same.
If you're referring to the window regulator assemblies, I believe they're different.

 

Correct, not even close. Also, regulators for post cars are different from those for hardtops.
