Bought a trunk divider board and jute insulation kit. How is the proper installation, divider to trunk, jute and seat OR jute, divider then seat? Can't find proper install in sevice manual or assembly manual. Thanks all.

 

I installed the divider on my 1969 Cutlass with the jute facing the trunk and the board facing the front of the car. My research here at the time indicated that was the correct way.

My fuzzy recollection is that the precut holes in the divider only fit one way on the car's mounting tabs. You may want to try a test fit to see if that answers your question.
