so i just picked up a 71 442 convertible to restore but i want to wait a few months to start the resto until im done with my BTR built 427 stroker diesel based build on my cutlass. so i need this thing to be mobile, it hasnt ran in a few years so im going to do the usual pull plugs and give each cylinder a shot of marvel, change the oil, new plugs, stuff like that. my question is can anyone tell me which plugs to use for the stock 71 455 so i dont have to deal with the kids at the parts store that have never heard of an oldsmobile before? oh yeah its still points and what gap do i use? thanks brandon reynolds
