70 cutlass floor shifter

Has anyone a pic of the 70 model with a shot
of where the neutral safty swich should mount?
I know it should be on the shifter itself, somewhere.
Seems mine has gone missing. Is there a bracket
that could be missing as well?
I have an extra from a 69, but it is a totally
different setup because of the console change
I am thinking. Thanks for any info, I'm lost on this one.

Hey Adam
There's a picture on this thread and several more on Eric's ebay auction.

Thanks John. After I removed the old broken console,
the harness was there, but no nss. I was able to use a
floorshift column out of a 69 I had, because the one in it
was destroyed. I checked the old one, the nss was not on the column,
so I figured it had to be somewhere on the shifter.

If Eric's ebay auction doesn't have all the views you need let me know and I'll see if I can come up with them. Just a thought... you could purchase his and sell yours for parts. His is all there and looks pretty good for the price.

Also... I'm pretty sure the 1969 is the same setup, even with the different console design. John

I have got them side by side. The 69 has the mount for the nns
built into the steel bracket itself. From what I can tell about Eric's,
for sure a 70-72, looks like it has a stand alone bracket for the nss.
I went ahead and sent Eric a pm. Thanks again John, Adam.

I have a very nice 70 neutral safety switch with the mount & some wiring if you need it.
