Wow, Must be it is quite humid in Houston Tx. That looks like a Michigan car that was stored in a field with a tarp over it for 30 yrs. Very sad...BUT! at least it's still here and not made into something else....yet....

It is, but that looks like a car that was underwater a couple of years ago during the flooding. $6K for a parts car with no title. Good luck with that.

Its actually $6k for 2 parts cars. No matter, still not worth that.

I’d buy this one for the W27 rear, or is it just the cover - hard to tell what do you guys think

Cant tell until you check it in person. Probably cover and aluminum paint. Car is still probably worth it if its as solid as they claim. Lots of replacement parts. Might be a mechanics lean.

That could be interesting, but how does it have it's original 455 engine with an EGR valve?? Likely not an SX or 455 car...

The whole point of "numbers matching" is a claim of originality. This car has non-original repro red inner fenders, 442 grills, W25 hood, an aftermarket carb (note where the fuel line goes under the air cleaner), aftermarket calipers, a likely repro W27 cover, and the obvious later intake. It's POSSIBLE this really is an SX with the 2bbl L33 motor and the later 4bbl intake was added, but so far nothing corroborates that.

Woof!, That is a lot of rust. It goes to show that “Texas car” is NOT code for rust free. Not a restoration in my opinion at any cost. I think that owner would be more likely to meet their target in parts.

No, not a ‘70 thing. Likely a previous owner’s girlfriend was a smoker. This is a rear door armrest
