67 cutlass console pieces lost
This is not my consloe but excactly like it. I took it apart and repainted and lost all the little screws and fasteners that hold the shift plate down...
Anyone know where I can get the replacement screws and fasteners?

I can pull the parts off mine to give you an idea. My console is in my basement.

You can buy the same style screws at Lowes or Home Depot, in chrome or stainless. If you have a buffer you can make the stainless look chrome. There are 2 black screws just inside the console door, that screw into the chrome panel for the shifter, they are black, called panhead screws, should also be available at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Underneath the shift panel console is what you are seeing... Those crhome nipples ....I lost the fasteners...I think....?? that they are secured on the bottom to hold the shifting plate?? The plate moves around freely on top...

From under those four nuts you need are, i call them speed nuts. Lowes has them too in different sizes, also Home Depot. Or you can order them im sure from one of the Olds suppliers. But these 4 do not hold the shifter plate in place, they only hold the plastic housing with the shift indicator lens in place. It also has a light. What holds the chrome plate in place is what 67Olds442X2 showed in his last pic, which is the very front of the console. There are also 2 more screws you can see the holes when you open the console door, they will screw into the back of the chrome plate. So examine your chrome plate carefully, easy to see very front, and very back sides, 2 screws in each. Again the back 2 are black panhead sheet metal screws, the front are chromed.
