67 A body frame

Is the frame the same on a 67 Cutlass 2 door (not conv.) as a 4 door? Thanks

The convertible came with boxed rails.

I am pretty sure 2 door and 4 door frames for 67 are the same. We had a big discussion about this not long ago and Joe P clarified it as well. 68 up the wheel base is different. 66 and 67 2 door and 4 door has the same frame and wheel base. 66 and 67 are different frames also.

All 1964-67 A-body cars in all body styles except the Vista Cruiser and SportWagon use the same 115" wheelbase (the window wagons used a 120" wheelbase). The 2dr and 4dr frames from the same year interchange.

66/67 flat roof wagons also use the same frame as a 2/4 door. I assume Joe also included them, just sayin.

Hmmmmm.... I stand corrected and the 4 door I have stashed away may come in handy in the future.

Also, I believe the heavy duty frame is also the convertible frame in 67.

Correct. RPO F35, a $12.53 option, was simply the boxed convertible frame under a non-convert body.
