hi again everyone, been awhile, finally getting my rebuilt parts back, ready to start putting car together. can anyone tell me where I can get a fuel tank filler neck grommet and a sending unit gasket??? will a 62 impala grommet fit?? called a few places no help. I was wondering maybe making my own sending unit gasket, and what kind of sealer would I use on sending unit gasket because of screws??

they were the first ones I called, no help, couldn't even recommend anyone else.

When I worked on mine, I think I got a cork sheet and made my own. Warning, if you trace the old gasket, it'll be too small because it has shrunk.

that's what I figure i'm gonna have to do, old gasket gone, starting from scratch, anyone on the grommet???? will any other gm fit it??
