Okay, so I have manual steering in the Saginaw design and I want to convert to power steering. Will my pitman arm on the manual box fit the power steering box?

If not anybody have one quick? Are the pitmans saginaw or trw too?

 

Changing these cars over to power steering is not easy. Not only is the pitman arm different, but the whole steering column is different.
If you want power steering I would suggest that you get a 61 parts car with P/S because you will have to change everything from the steering wheel to the pitman arm.
The part # for a 61 pitman arm with P/S and saginaw is 5674471

 

I have the P/S column and wheel already, I was gonna buy the reman P/S box but am unsure what pitman to use.
